As the Lead Game Designer on the SG60 edition of Hunt the Mouse, I worked on building a hybrid experience that blends digital gameplay with real-world interaction. Players use the mobile app to uncover hints, receive location-based clues, and navigate the city in search of hidden coins placed across Singapore during limited-time events.
The design connects in-app systems with real-world actions, where players earn in-game currency, power-ups, and rewards through activities such as surveys, brand interactions, and exploration. A key part of my role was designing and balancing the progression and reward economy, ensuring player engagement, sponsor requirements, and system stability remained aligned throughout development and live operations.
